They portray a bunch of merry thieves, corrupt as all get out, cooperating with each other to keep money coming in at the public's expense. So far, my favorite episode is when they buy a machine from Japan to take over the government - "The System". Unfortunately for them, the machine actually does what it's supposed to do - provide good government, including honest finances. Everything's running smoothly, and corruption has been cut out, and those in government are no longer able to withdraw money from ATM's at their whim. Which, of course, sets the merry band of thieves on a course to "change The System." One of the things they try is to accuse "The System" of corruption, and other assorted "kompromat". Another goodie is when they open up the Rada for tours - what tourists see is an empty Parliament. But they can buy a DVD of "The Best Fights in Parliament" - meaning, of course, physical fighting and blocking of the rostrum. These satires are excellent!
