The incontrovertible fact remains that the names of stone cold killers, sociopaths, <b>still</b> disgrace plenty of streets, monuments and cities in the FSU. Is this a legacy that people should, with an easy heart, bequeath to future generations? Why wasn't Berlin's Adolf Hitler Platz so bequeathed? Are there some questions that should be published in a lexicon titled: <i> Questions that May Never be Asked</i>?
